LEGAL
Terms of Website Use
Effective from: 4 September 2026 · Version: 2.0
1. What these terms are, and what they are not
These terms govern your use of brix.consulting. They are a contract about reading a website.
They do not govern our services. Dojo programmes, the AI-Readiness Assessment, nWave, and every consulting or training engagement are governed exclusively by the written agreement signed for that engagement. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here — including the limitation in clause 7 — applies to a signed engagement or limits our obligations under it.
We do not sell goods or services to consumers through this website. No payment can be made here and no contract can be concluded here.
2. Who we are
BriX Consulting, s.r.o. — full details on our About page.
3. Using the site
You may read, quote with attribution, and share the content. You may not: copy or republish substantial parts as your own; use automated means to extract content at a scale that burdens the service; attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure; or use the site unlawfully or to harm others. We may suspend access to anyone who does, and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
4. Intellectual property
All content — text, graphics, layout, code, research and frameworks — is owned by BriX Consulting, s.r.o. or used under licence.
SW Craftsmanship Dojo® is a registered trademark of BriX Consulting, s.r.o.
- Permitted: participants may refer to their participation in CVs, LinkedIn profiles and portfolios, accurately describing what they took part in.
- Not permitted: commercial use without our prior written consent, and any use likely to cause confusion, misrepresentation or dilution.
Unicorns' Ecosystem and BOKaRy are marks used by BriX Consulting, s.r.o.
nWave is a mark used by BriX Consulting, s.r.o.; it is co-owned and held by BriX on a custodial basis.
5. Content, research claims and AI
The content here — articles, podcast episodes, research summaries, benchmarks and figures — is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or investment advice, and no engagement or duty of care arises from reading it.
Where we cite research or third-party figures we cite them as we understand them at publication. We do not warrant that third-party research is accurate or current, and we may revise our own material without notice.
Parts of this site's content are produced with the assistance of AI tools. All published material is reviewed by a person at BriX before publication and we take editorial responsibility for it.
6. Links and embedded content
This site links to and embeds content from third parties. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices; their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. What each embedded player collects, and when, is in the Cookie Notice.
7. Liability
Nothing here limits or excludes our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for harm to life or health, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Slovak law.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: the site is provided as it is, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose; we are not liable for lost profit, lost data, business interruption or any indirect or consequential loss from your use of or inability to use this website; and our total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to EUR 500.
This clause applies to the website only.
8. Privacy
See the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Notice.
9. Governing law and disputes
Governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Contact us first at info@brix.consulting; disputes that cannot be resolved that way fall to the courts of the Slovak Republic.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. The current version is the one on this page, with its version number and effective date. Material changes take effect 30 days after publication.
11. General
If any provision is unenforceable the rest stands and that provision is read down to the closest enforceable meaning. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Published in English; any translation is for convenience and the English text prevails.
