Key Responsibilities
- Mentorship and Guidance:
- Coach and mentor software developers, leveraging our proprietary coaching framework based on SW Craftsmanship principles.
- Provide personalized guidance to enhance technical skills, software craftsmanship, and Agile methodologies.
- Training and Curriculum Development:
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of training programs and curriculum, integrating our coaching framework for optimal results.
- Develop hands-on exercises and katas within the framework to maximize experiential learning and practical application.
- Collaboration and Team Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate the coaching framework into daily workflows and projects.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure alignment with the SW Craftsmanship vision and goals.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement within development teams, guided by our coaching framework, encouraging experimentation and learning.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Utilize our coaching framework to conduct regular assessments, evaluating the progress and performance of developers.
- Identify areas for improvement and devise tailored strategies for individual and team development.
Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in a variety of programming languages and technologies.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in software development methodologies, Agile, and DevOps are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey concepts and mentor developers.
