Key Responsibilities

  1. Mentorship and Guidance:
    • Coach and mentor software developers, leveraging our proprietary coaching framework based on SW Craftsmanship principles.
    • Provide personalized guidance to enhance technical skills, software craftsmanship, and Agile methodologies.
  2. Training and Curriculum Development:
    • Contribute to the creation and enhancement of training programs and curriculum, integrating our coaching framework for optimal results.
    • Develop hands-on exercises and katas within the framework to maximize experiential learning and practical application.
  3. Collaboration and Team Support:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate the coaching framework into daily workflows and projects.
    • Provide ongoing support to ensure alignment with the SW Craftsmanship vision and goals.
  4. Continuous Improvement:
    • Instill a culture of continuous improvement within development teams, guided by our coaching framework, encouraging experimentation and learning.
  5. Performance Evaluation:
    • Utilize our coaching framework to conduct regular assessments, evaluating the progress and performance of developers.
    • Identify areas for improvement and devise tailored strategies for individual and team development.

Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in a variety of programming languages and technologies.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in software development methodologies, Agile, and DevOps are a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey concepts and mentor developers.
