Welcome back to the Forge of Unicorns! In our last post, we recapped the thrilling XP 2024 conference. Today, I’m excited to share a special treat 🎁 with you: a longer replay 🎥 of my talk at XP2024.
This talk is jam-packed with insights from my journey at Ferrari 🏎️ F1, where I experienced true engineering excellence firsthand. For nearly 20 years, I’ve pursued the dream of achieving the same level of technical excellence in IT and Software development. This journey led to the evolution of Laurent Bossavit’s Coding Dojo into a holistic ecosystem of dojos first, and eventually into the Unicorns’ Ecosystem.
